A public book for work the banks never counted.

The aim is a cooperative, not a charity. Members would record civic work for one another — one verified person, one vote; doing the work is how you qualify — instead of running a speculative mint. The blind spot is real. Informal human capital, a neighbor helped, a lesson given, a walkway cleared, never reaches a balance sheet, because the old rails cost more to clear than the act is worth.

Surplus, if any, would return by use, after the floor. It would not be a dividend on a holding. A manager’s wage, if one is ever paid, would be employment set in advance by the members. It would not be a claim on other people’s hours, and this site pays no wage today.

No cooperative is formed. No membership is offered on this page. It is not a 501(c)(3) and not a credit union. An hour here is not cash, not a deposit, not a security, and not a token offered for sale. A Hedera timestamp records a deed. It does not move money. The charter lists the rules and what counsel still has to file.

IdidIt receipt

An IdidIt receipt is a single Hedera Consensus Service message that records the job (what was done), the person who did it (the named issuer), the timestamp and sequence on the public tape. That message is the credit. It is not cash, not a deposit, and not a token that spends at the register. It is a named, attested record of work that sits on the tape.

As a record it is a durable claim of provenance. It can be held, shown, refused, or left unused. In that sense it is a store of attested work—nothing more. As a source of exchange value it becomes one only when it is claimed against another shown item (another receipt, a basket unit already titled, a listed price, etc.). The claim itself must appear on the tape. Until that matching claim is written and accepted, the receipt has no general purchasing power. An unpublished or unmatched receipt writes nothing that spends. Floor stays senior. If it cannot be shown, it is not policy.

1. The core thesis: recording lost, unrecorded value

In conventional economies, vast amounts of real wealth are permanently lost because the administrative and verification costs exceed the face value of the act:

Because traditional banking rails demand $0.30 + 2.9% per swipe and require contracts, invoices, and accounting departments, these high-value societal contributions vanish from balance sheets.

By leveraging Hedera Consensus Service (HCS), each authenticated good deed or micro-service is inscribed for $0.0008 per consensus timestamp (Hedera’s posted ConsensusSubmitMessage fee), creating an auditable, immutable ledger of community sweat equity that costs practically nothing to notarize.
