The best will and testament that serves the most benevolent desires of society, in the highest form of human imagination and the noblest inventions left intact. Sovereignty is the refusal. Floor stays senior. An unpublished change is not a change. This page is not an offer and not legal advice.
soBEIT is an automated trust and endowment instrument formed, maintained, and executed under the lgme order. It is the elective path by which a person commands that capital shore the Floor and fund shown deeds, so that the highest imaginative and inventive work of the living remains available to the community after the donor is gone.
It is the will that does not die with the will-maker. Conditions are written once on the visible tape. Floor is paid first from named surplus. Residual is released only against attested acts or published residual rules. Living third seats may refuse any line that skips the order or cannot be shown. The agent is a clerk; it does not mint. Sovereignty remains the refusal of the person.
A donor elects soBEIT as an option beside ordinary IdidIt recording. Capital (or tokenized RWA claims) is committed under published rules. The Floor Basket is named and paid first. Residual rules—time locks, attested-deed triggers, charitable floors, or splits that preserve inventive and imaginative works—are inscribed. Releases occur only when the tape shows the condition met. Living stewards or beneficiaries may refuse non-compliant lines. Overhead is the low-cost inscription itself; no new discretionary layer is inserted.
In this way the instrument serves the most benevolent desires: it shores the Floor for the living, funds the deeds the community has already shown it needs and cherishes, and keeps the highest products of human imagination and invention intact under sovereignty rather than under private rewriting.
soBEIT is an elective option on the desk. It does not replace IdidIt. It adds a capital-commitment path whose primary effect is to reinforce the Floor and to direct residual toward shown deeds and preserved inventive works. See also the separate marketing note.
