A research program.

This page describes design research. It does not move funds and it is not written to Hedera. A real gift is separate. It uses soBeIT on the coin page.

Purpose

The purpose of this program is to fund design research and community pilots of verified work-value credit and barter. The work under study is care, maintenance, and other effort that ordinary rails do not record. A pilot would keep a book of that work. It would not sell a position in the book.

Principles

Floor seniority. Food, rent, and the other protected floor stay senior. An exchange that would draw them down does not clear.
Third-seat refusal. A named third seat may decline. The refusal stays on the record. Balances do not move, and no penalty is applied.
Constitutive tape. Offers, acceptances, refusals, blocks, and settlements append to one tape. If it is not on the tape, it has no effect. Balances come from replaying that tape.

Current stage

Not written to Hedera. No investment. No yield. Nothing here is sent to a clearing network. No award, payment, or return is offered or promised. Sending a proposal does not create a claim on anyone.

How to propose

Describe a pilot: who would take part, what work would be recorded, and how floor seniority, third-seat refusal, and the constitutive tape would be kept. Send that description to @Trancesage on X, the contact named on Disclosures. This page does not take payment and does not hold funds.

$lgme loyalty discount

A deal paid in $lgme can suggest a loyalty discount, usually 5%. Both parties sign that percent. Either can decline, and then there is no discount. Cash and Zelle get no discount. The payer pays the full price in US$. After the payment is final, the floor rebates the discount to the payer. The floor funds this rebate because the app supports the floor. The desk holds no floor key. If the floor balance would fall through its US$ 100 reserve, the rebate waits, with no penalty. The rebate cap is US$ 25 each 30 days. Read the loyalty steps.

Pegged to US$ at time of transaction. $lgme is not a stablecoin. Pegged to US$. The price used never moves more than 5% from recent reference prices, for stable value. If no price is available, pay in terms or barter. Both parties consent.

Cash and Zelle

A real gift can also be Zelle or cash. Neither is counted until the payee attests a proof on the exchange desk. Zelle and cash are not reversible-protected. This app does not process them. Fiat payments (cash, Zelle) may incur additional statutory fees. Details are reviewed per transaction.
